FREE Health Fair

Here’s a fantastic free opportunity for local residents not to be missed!

Join us at the Healthy Tower Hamlets Health Fair on Thursday 10 September, 12:30–4:00pm at Al Aqsa Mosque, Launch St, London E14 3LU.

This free community event has something for everyone. Come along and enjoy a free healthy meal, get your blood pressure, heart rate and BMI checked, and pick up expert advice on healthy eating, staying active, and quitting smoking. You’ll also have the chance to hear directly from NHS professionals about keeping your whole family healthy.

Whether you want to take your first steps towards a healthier lifestyle or simply find out more about the support available to you, this is the perfect place to start — in a welcoming, friendly environment right on your doorstep.

Organised by the Council of Mosques and Al Aqsa Mosque, and supported by Tower Hamlets Council, this is a free men’s health event open to the local community.
